Only 200 metres from the beaches and palm trees of La Croisette, the Palais des Festivals and the train station, and 20 metres from the shops and commerce of Rue d'Antibes, we offer a variety of possibilities for short breaks and stays: - Stays varying from a one night stopover to our 7 night deals. - Price options are for room only, although there is the option to have breakfast or other meals. Meals are served in one of the 6 restaurants that we work with (drinks not included).

Appia Hotel is only 200 metres away from La Croisette, the railway station and the beach. Rue d'Antibes, with its lovely shops, can also be found in the close vicinity of the hotel. The old city of Cannes (Le Suquet) and the harbour are a 15-minute walk from the hotel. From the harbour, you can take a boat to visit the Lerins Islands.

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.80 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
