By Car: - Leave the A63 motorway at exit 6 towards Biarritz. - Once you arrive in Biarritz, continue towards La Gare du Midi and the public gardens. - The residence is on the next road (up a hill) on the right after you have passed these. By Train: Biarritz SNCF train station (where TGV trains stop) is just 5 km away. The best way to get to the residence is to take a taxi. By Air: Biarritz Airport is just 4 km away. Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.65 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 9 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
