The hotel reception is open from 09:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 17:30. There you can pick up the keys to your apartment and a card for the car park, when applicable. Please inform the hotel if you plan to arrive outside the opening hours in order to obtain the access code to your apartment. A welcome package will be sent to you with your reservation. The hotel’ staff can be reached by telephone.

By Plane: From Nice Côte d'Azur Airport, you can take a taxi or the Airport shuttle bus to Cannes (running approximately every 30 minutes), and get off at either Gray d'Albion or Gare Routière/Place de l'Hôtel de Ville Terminus. By Train: Cannes train station is only 5 minutes walking from the hotel.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 16 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
