Travel information

From Paris: stay on the motorway at the first exit (24 Beaune-St Nicolas) and instead take exit 24.1 (Beaune-Hospices-Centre). Go right at the roundabout towards Challanges. Continue straight at the traffic lights, then take the second turn on the right. Pass over the motorway. In the village, take the first right, then turn right again.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 14.00 per person.  Buffet breakfast is free of charge for children up to 5 years.  Buffet breakfast costs EUR 7.00 per child under 10 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
