Area information The Prado area is both a residential and shopping district. It is located halfway between the Old Port and beaches. All the town's main attractions are easily accessible by public transport; Notre-Dame-de-la-Garde and its sweeping views overlooking the entire city, the ports and Canebière. Avenue du Prado is home to numerous cinemas, shops and restaurants, and it becomes a coastline road leading to Cassis. There is even a daily market (except at Sundays).
