Each house has a living room with a kitchenette in the corner equipped with 2 to 4 electric hobs, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave/grill. There is also a bathroom and satellite television is available at a small charge. Outside is a small garden and a large terrace with garden furniture.

Hotel details

There are 70 houses which are mainly split-level, but some single level ones exist for disabled access. Also available: reception area, swimming pool with large terrace and paddling pool, laundry services, children’s games area, boule area and table-tennis. The swimming pool is open during the opening periods of the residence. It is heated from the 9th May 2009 to the 12 September 2009.

Deposit: A deposit (EUR 260) for your accommodation is due upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded (15 days after departure) after inventory has been completed and verified. Services: An additional charge is necessary for sheets, towels, TV, pets, parking, baby cots, baby chairs, cleaning service, end-of-stay cleaning and other extras proposed by the residence.

Area information

The beaches near the hotel are ideal for water sports such as surfing, body boarding, water skiing and sand sailing. The area offers many cycle and hiking paths. You can visit the Courdouan lighthouse, the Médoc and Bordelais vineyards, and the old salt works.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.  70 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.28 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 7 per night for cots.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
