Within the village there is an excellent restaraunt overlooking the main lake, which has a wide-ranging menu and is designed to cater for groups.

Deposit: A EUR 260 deposit must be paid at the time of check-in. This amount will be refunded at the time of check out after room inventory has been checked. Services: An additional charge is necessary for sheets, towels, TV, pets, parking, baby cots, baby chairs, cleaning service, end-of-stay cleaning and other extras proposed by the residence.

Area information

Pescalis is situated in Moncoutant, less than an hour away from La Rochelle, the beaches of la Vendée and the Futuroscope park in Poitiers, and only twenty minutes from the medieval park at Puy de Fou. The houses and apartments are situated around 200m form the nearest shops and approximately 500m from the lake. Within the village of Moncoutant there is an indoor swimming pool, and a range of other facilities.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.  70 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.60 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 7 per night and person in a baby cot.  Extra beds are not available.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
