Cancellation Policy

Please note, if cancelled, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.90 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 8.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Extra beds are not available.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
