Travel information

In Lourdes every fifteen days there is only access from the top or the bottom. Ask the inhabitants of Lourdes, if you have to come from the upper part of the rue de la Grotte or if you have to come the other way round. If you have to come from the upper part of the rue de la Grotte, take the direction of the Grotto, pass in front of the sanctuaries and then take the rue de la Grotte. After the Vieux Bridge, drive over the hill and then around 3 minutes you will find our hotel. If you come from the bottom, take the direction of the city centre, at the Mac Donalds turn right. If you are in the rue de la Grotte you need 5 minutes to reach the hotel, which is situated on your right.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 14 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
