Beds are made upon arrival. Please note that cleaning will be provided upon departure with the exception of the kitchenette. For stays of 2 to 6 nights, check-in is possible from 15:00 and check-out until 12:00.

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
The total price of the reservation will be charged at least one day prior to arrival and is non-refundable.
5.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
Buffet breakfast costs EUR 15 per person per night.
All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
