If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.70 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 7.50 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 8 per night for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15 per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
