Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 12 per person per night.  Breakfast costs EUR 8 per night per child under 12 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 16 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
