Travel information The Hotel enjoys an ideal central location which is also extremely practical in terms of access whether you are arriving by train, plan or car. By train: from the SNCF Saint Jean train station (Paris by TGV : 3 h) you take the tram, ligne C, get of at the Quinconces, The Hotel is 20 metres away, just after the Tourist Office. By plane: from the international airport Bordeaux/Mérignac you can take the shuttle called Jet bus, it leaves every 20 minutes. The shuttle takes you to the Bordeaux Centre Tourist Office, the hotel is 20 metres to your right. By car: both hotels are at the limit of the pedestrianized zone of Bordeaux centre. You can drive right up to the front of the hotels to unload your luggage if necessary. To park your car the hotel recommends Tourny underground car park situated opposite the hotel.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 0.85 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 7 per person per night.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 15 per night per person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
