Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 20 will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of EUR 20 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.90 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 8.30 per person per night.  Continental breakfast costs EUR 5.70 per night per child under 6 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
