By Car: From Lyon: - take exit "Annecy Sud", then follow the direction of train station and Lake. -on the first fire, to the left "Avenue de l'Industrie". - at the second street, to the right "Rue de Chevène" -then to the left and in the circle : strait on. -on the first street, to the left "Rue de La Poste". -on the first street, to the right "Rue Sommeiller" - at last, in 70 meters on your right is the hotel. Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 0.80 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is not included and costs EUR 7.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
