The A1 and A3 motorways, 2 minutes from the hotel, offer easy access to Roissy CDG Airport, Villepinte and Le Bourget. And, the A86 and A104 are less than 10 minutes away.

Area information

The centre of Paris and Roissy Charles de Gaulles airport can be reached within 15 minutes by RER. Orly Airport can also be reached by RER in under an hour. The Astérix and Mer de Sable amusement parks, and Disneyland Paris are approximately 40 minutes away from the hotel. You can also visit the beautiful Basilica of Saint-Denis, the famous flea market in Saint-Ouen or take a walk along the lovely Canal de l’Ourcq.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 8 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 8 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 18 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
