Travel information

From Bordeaux: Proceed in the direction of Toulouse, Arcachon, Bayonne. At Talence, take the A630 in the direction of Arcachon, Mont de Marsan, Saint Sebastien and Bayonne. At Lacanau de Mios, take the slip road A660/A63 in the direction of Arcachon, Biscarosse. Then drive towards Arcachon centre. You will arrive in Place de Verdun at the Police Station. Head in the direction of the Casino and Conference Centre on Avenue Nelly Deganne. At the Casino, turn left onto Boulevard de la Plage. After 200 metres, turn right onto Rue Grenier.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 15 will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.80 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 12.50 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10 per night per person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
