The apartments are available from 16:00 on Saturday to 10:00 the next Saturday. The reception is open from: - 09:00 to 11:00 and 16:00 to 19:00 Monday to Friday. - 08:00 to 11:00 and 16:00 to 20:00 on Saturdays. It is closed on Sundays. A EUR 200 security deposit must be paid at the time of check-in. This amount will be refunded at the time of check-out after room inventory has been checked.

By Car: Highway A10 till Joué les Tours. A85 towards CHINON, then D751 towards Chinon. After CHINON D751 direction Saumur, then D7 till FONTEVRAUD. Hotel St Hilaire (the golf) is only 2 km on D147 direction Loudun. From Poitiers: Take D62 till Neuville, then take N147 till Loudun, drive towards Fontevraud. Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 0.30 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 8.00 per person.  Buffet breakfast costs EUR 8.00 per person.  Breakfast costs EUR 8.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
