If the length of stay is shortened, 100 % of the daily rate will be payable for each night cancelled. The reception is open every day from 08:00 to 13:00 and 15:00 to 22:00. If you plan to arrive outside the opening hours, please contact the hotel directly for instructions regarding late check-in procedure.
Wi-fi is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
5.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 0.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
Breakfast costs EUR 8 per person per night.
All children are welcome. One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One child under 3 years is charged EUR 10 per night and person in a baby cot. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
