Food & Beverages

The breakfast is served daily and based on fresh and excellent produce. A Basque breakfast with cheeses, cherry jam and dried ham is available upon request and at an additional cost. In the summertime, you can have your breakfast on the lovely terrace.

If the length of stay is shortened, 100 % of the daily rate will be payable for each night cancelled. The reception is open every day from 08:00 to 13:00 and 15:00 to 22:00. If you plan to arrive outside the opening hours, please contact the hotel directly for instructions regarding late check-in procedure.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 5.00 per 24 hours.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 7.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 3 years is charged EUR 10.00 per night and person in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
