The hotel is 80 metres away from the entrance to the sanctuaries. You can enjoy a journey on the touristic train which will take you to the major tourist sites where Saint Bernadette lived, as well as the important museums which tell the story of her life, and the many tales of apparitions.

Travel information

From Tarbes to Lourdes: take the N21. In Lourdes, follow signs to the city centre and the Grotto. From Pau to Lourdes: take the motorway A64 towards Tarbes. From Tarbes to Lourdes, take the N21 and in Lourdes, follow directions to the city centre and the Grotto. From Argeles- Gazost to Lourdes: take the N21 and in Lourdes, follow the signs for the Grotto.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, a fixed amount of EUR 75.00 will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of EUR 75 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 10.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
