Travel information

Road: Motorway A61 (Autoroute des deux Mers), exit Toulouse/Foix, direction Tarascon-sur-Ariège and Ax-les-Thermes. In Ax-les-Thermes, direction Col du Chioula/Ascou, then Ignaux to the left. The residence is to the left just before the village of Ignaux. Plane: Airport of Toulouse Blagnac (about 150km) and of Carcassonne. Train: Railway station of Ax-les-Thermes (about 6km).

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.  75 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.55 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 16.00 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
