In general a minimum stay of 7 nights applies, from Saturday to Saturday (there may be exceptions). Payment: A deposit equal to 25% of your booking will be charged to your credit card at the time of the reservation (a fraction is not refundable, check respective cancellation policy below). The remaining balance will be deducted 30 days prior to arrival. A reservation fee of EUR 15 will also be taken at the time of booking. Arrival: Reception is only open between 16:00 and 20:00, so if you are going to arrive later than this, please call the hotel to arrange an appropriate time. Damage Deposit: A refundable deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be refunded on departure only if: - the apartment and its belongings have not been damaged; - you have done the cleaning at the end of your stay. Additional Costs: Bath linen and towels: EUR 6 per kit Cleaning of the apartment: EUR 60

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

10 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 0.61 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is not included and costs EUR 10.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
