BY ROAD • From Paris (980 km): A 8 motorway (La Provençale), Fréjus/Saint-Raphaël exit, then take the direction for Saint-Raphaël/Cannes, then St-Raphaël centre, then Valescure and Agay. At Agay, take the direction for St-Raphaël. BY TRAIN • SAINT-RAPHAEL TGV STATION (9 km) - Coach links: Société Raphaël Bus: or by taxi. BY AIR • NICE COTE D’AZUR INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (75 kms by motorway) - Coach link to Cannes, then regular bus service Cannes/Agay or by taxis.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged at least one day prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.10 city/tourist tax per person older than 13 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 10 per person per night.  Buffet breakfast costs EUR 5 per night per child under 11 years.  Buffet breakfast is free of charge for children up to 4 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Extra beds are not available.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
