Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.75 city/tourist tax per person older than 13 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 8 per person per night.  Buffet breakfast costs EUR 4 per night per child under 12 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
