If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.80 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Continental breakfast costs EUR 8 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 10 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 20 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
