Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 7 per person per night.  Full English breakfast costs EUR 9 per person per night.  American breakfast costs EUR 7 per person per night.  Breakfast costs EUR 5.50 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 16 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
