Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 11 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 6 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the first night will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 1 city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 10 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 4.
