Travel information

The hotel is a 5mn walk from La Rochelle’s vieux port and 150m from the SNCF railway station. By car: in front of ‘Gare SNCF’, take Avenue Charles de Gaulle, then turn right in avenue de Mulhouse, the Masqhotel is 100m further along. By train : TGV Paris – La Rochelle : 2h50. By plane : daily direct flights from Lyon, London, Birmingham, Southampton and Dublin.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 14.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child from 3 to 12 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 20.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
