By Car: - Take exit signposted Cannes-Mougins off of the A8 motorway. - Head towards Cannes Centre/Boulevard Carnot. - At the supermarket crossroads turn left. - Take the expressway and then take Boulevard du Ferrage (N7) at the round about. - Turn left into Boulevard de la République. - Turn right into Rue Louis Nouveau. - Turn left into Rue Volta. - Turn right into Rue de Turckheim. - Turn right into Traverse de Beauséjour. By Plane: From Nice-Côte d'Azur airport, take the A8 motorway towards Cannes Centre, then take exit 42 and enter Cannes. Carry onto N285 and N85. From there follow the direction given in the By Car section.

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
