Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.30 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 8 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 1 year stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  Up to two children under 2 years are charged EUR 10 per night per person for cots.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 10 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
