Reception opening hours (from 17 December 2010 to 24 April 2011): Monday to Thursday: 08:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00 Friday: 08:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 00:00 Saturday: all day Sunday: 00:00 to 13:00 and 16:00 to 20:00. Please contact the hotel in advance if you plan to arrive outside these hours. The reception is located in Le Thuria building. A deposit of EUR 200 per apartment is required on arrival. This amount is refundable upon departure after an inventory has been conducted.

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
