Area information The Cours Mirabeau is a wide thoroughfare in Aix-en-Provence. Long by 440 meters and large by 42 meters the Cours Mirabeau is one of the most popular and lively places in the town. The street has wide sidewalks planted with double rows of plane-trees. Cours Mirabeau is decorated by fountains, the most notable of which is La Rotonde, a large fountain that makes up a roundabout at one end of the street. The street also divides Aix into two portions, the Quartier Mazarin, a.k.a. the new town, which extends to the south and west, and the Ville comtale, a.k.a. the old town, which lies to the north with its wide but irregular streets and its old mansions dating from the 16th, 17th and 18th centuries.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.20 city/tourist tax per person older than 12 years per night is not included. EUR 0.60 city/tourist tax per person between 4 and 12 years per night is not included.

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included and costs EUR 11.00 per person. Breakfast costs EUR 5.00 per child under 11 years. Breakfast is free of charge for children up to 4 years.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per night and person in a baby cot. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
