DEPOSIT A deposit of EUR 200 per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory. Reception Saskia is open 24/24 from 18-12-2010 to 16-04-2011 For minimum stays of 2 to 6 nights, check-in is possible from 14:00 and check-out service until 12:00.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged at least one day prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 0.80 city/tourist tax per person older than 15 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

There is no meal option with this hotel. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15 per stay in a baby cot.  Extra beds are not available.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
