By road: Paris (650km) – Lyon (250 km) – Geneva (80km) • Take the A40 towards Chamonix, come off at Cluses (Exit N°18), then to Taninges via the D902, then head for Les Gets and Morzine – Avoriaz (Distance from Morzine to Avoriaz is ca. 15km). When you arrive: Avoriaz is a car-free resort. Car parks are available at the resort. By train: Thonon-Les-Bains TGV railway station (40 km) • Transfers by bus. By air: Lyon - St Exupéry Airport (200km). • Satobus Genève-Cointrin Airport (80km) • Altibus Annecy Airport (96km).

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 0.80 city/tourist tax per person older than 15 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot.  Extra beds are not available.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
