A deposit of EUR 200 per apartment is required on arrival. This amount is refundable upon departure after an inventory has been taken. For all stays of 2 to 6 nights, check-in is available from 12:00 and check-out is until 14:00. Please note that the end-of-stay cleaning service (excluding kitchen area and cutlery), is included in the room rate. The phone is available at an additional cost.

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
The total price of the reservation will be charged at least one day prior to arrival and is non-refundable.
5.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 0.80 city/tourist tax per person older than 15 years per night is not included.
There is no meal option with this hotel.
All children are welcome. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15 per stay in a baby cot. Extra beds are not available. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
