All the apartments have a balcony, loggia or terrace, and most of them enjoy magnificent views over the golf course and the Pyrenees mountains. The centre of the village, with its restaurant / inn, pelota wall and Trinquet is only 400 m away. Biarritz beach is 7 km away. Opening hours: - From Sunday to Thursday: 9 am to noon and 5 pm to 7 pm - Friday: 9 am to noon and 5 pm to 8 pm - Saturday: 8 am to noon and 2 pm to 9 pm - Closed Wednesday. For arrival outside of those hours, please contact the hotel before. FROM JULY 15 TO AUGUST 26: MINIMUM STAY OF ONE WEEK, ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE ONLY ON SATURDAY.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 0.52 city/tourist tax per person older than 12 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Children and Extra Bed Policy
