DEPOSIT A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory. The reception is open from 08:00 to 20:00 Sunday to Thursday and from 08:00 to 22:00 Friday to Saturday. Please contact the residence if you plan to arrive outside the opening hours.

Travel information BY ROAD Paris (900 km) — Lyon (455 km) — Toulouse (545 km). • From Paris (900 km): A6 motorway, then A7 ("Autoroute du Soleil"), then at Aix-en-Provence, take the A8 ("La Provençale") to Antibes, exit 44. Then take the D35 towards Antibes ("Route de Grasse", then Avenue Philippe Rochat). At the junction with the Boulevard du Gal Vautrin, follow the signs for "Vieil Antibes / Port Vauban”. Then go down Rue Sadi Carnot as far as the Avenue de Verdun roundabout. Turn right, then first right again onto Avenue Frédéric Mistral. Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person older than 12 years per night is not included.

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included and costs EUR 9.00 per person.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot. Extra beds are not available. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
