DEPOSIT A deposit of EUR 200 per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory. Reception opening times from 18-12-2010 to 24-04-2011 Monday-Thursday: 08:00-12:00 / 16:00-20:00. Friday: 08:00-12:00 / 15:00-24:00. Saturday: around the clock. Sunday: 00:00-12:00 / 16:00-20:00. Please contact the residence if you plan to arrive outside the opening hours. For minimum stays of 2 to 6 nights, check-in is possible from 14:00 and check-out service until 12:00. Flat-screen TV, made beds upon arrival, bathroom linen and an end-of-stay cleaning service are included in these short stay rates.
Wi-fi is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.
Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and charges are applicable.

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
