Please note that the spa, fitness centre, indoor swimming pool and golf course are available at an additional charge. Access to the outdoor pool is free for guests. To access the spa you must be at least 16 years old. Room service is available at an additional charge from 07:00 to 10:30 and from 12:00 to 22:00. The balneotherapy centre will be closed 13 through 15 December 2010. From 1 November 2010 through 1 April 2011 the centre will be open from 09:00 to 18:00 every day. The bar is open every day from 11:00 to 00:00. The reception is open 24 hours a day and free parking is available.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 21 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 40 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
