A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after the condition of the apartment has been checked. For minimum stays of 2 to 6 nights check-in is possible from 11:00 and check-out service until 18:00. Wi-fi is available in public areas and costs EUR 8 per 24 hours.
Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and charges are applicable.

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
The total price of the reservation will be charged at least one day prior to arrival and is non-refundable.
5.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 1 city/tourist tax per person older than 12 years per night is not included.
There is no meal option with this hotel.
All children are welcome. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15 per stay in a baby cot. Extra beds are not available. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
