In addition to the listed facilities all the apartments have a kitchen area equipped with 4 ceramic hobs, an oven/microwave and an electric coffee-maker, as well as a TV plug. A phone is available at an additional cost. Some apartments have facilities for the disabled. Cost includes: • Accommodation. • Sheets. • 1 pillowcase per person. • 2 dishcloths per apartment.

Hotel details

Apartment rates include flat-screen TV. For minimum stays of 2 to 6 nights, the apartment rates include made beds upon arrival, bathroom linen and an end-of-stay cleaning service. Check-in is possible from 11:00 and check–out service is until 18:00.

Food & Beverages

A variety of restaurant services, including set menus, are available onsite.

DEPOSIT A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory. Please note that check-in and check-out times differ depending on the length of stay. Guests are asked to contact the property prior to arrival to determine the exact times. Private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed) and charges are applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged at least one day prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.50 city/tourist tax per person older than 13 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15 per stay in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
