BY ROAD Paris (625 km) – Bordeaux (52 km) • From Paris: Motorway A10 as far as Bordeaux. Then the A63 and exit at Eysines / Le Bouscat. Take the N215 in the direction of Lacanau as far as Sainte-Hélène and the D104 to Brach. Take the D207 via Carcans to Maubuisson. • At the Maubuisson exit, go in the direction Carcans Océan and take the 2nd road on the right. Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged at least one day prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.69 city/tourist tax per person older than 13 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

There is no meal option with this hotel. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15 per stay in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
