A deposit of EUR 200 per apartment is required on arrival. This amount is refundable upon departure after an inventory has been taken. If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
The total price of the reservation will be charged at least one day prior to arrival and is non-refundable.
5.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 0.80 city/tourist tax per person older than 12 years per night is not included.
