Hotel details

Apartment rates include flat-screen TV. For minimum stays of 2 to 6 nights, the apartment rates include made beds upon arrival, bathroom linen and an end-of-stay cleaning service. Check-in is possible from 11:00 and check-out service is until 18:00. Guests can also choose the Baby Kit that must be purchased online before arrival. It will provide the apartment with a folding baby cot with 1 sheet and a highchair.

A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory. From 04 April 2009 to 14 November 2009 the hotel reception is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00 and Sunday and Wednesday from 09:00 to 12:00. Reception is closed on Wednesday and Sunday afternoons.

BY ROAD Paris (490 km) – Rennes (141 km) – Nantes (144 km) • From Paris: take the A11 motorway heading for Nantes. At Le Mans, take the A81 to Rennes. Then take the RN24 for Lorient / Vannes. At Ploërmel, take the RN166 to Vannes. Continue on to Auray, then take the Carnac exit. • Upon arrival in the town of Carnac, go towards the beaches as far as the thalassotherapy centre, drive under the little bridge on the right and the residence is 50m further down. Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.92 city/tourist tax per person older than 14 years per night is not included.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
