In addition to the listed amenities all apartments have an open-plan kitchen equipped with hotplates and an electric coffee-maker. A phone and television are available at an additional cost. All the apartments feature a loggia with garden furniture. Cost includes: • Accommodation. • Sheets. • 1 pillowcase per person. • 2 dishcloths per apartment. Please note that the apartment is not cleaned every day.

Hotel details

Guests can choose the "Comfort +" formula that must be purchased on line before the arrival. It includes: Beds made up for arrival. Two sets of bathroom linen per person left in the apartment. End of stay cleaning (except kitchen area and washing-up). Cleaning kit. Television. Guests can also choose the "Baby Kit" that must be purchased on line before the arrival. It will be provided in the apartment with: Folding baby cot with 1 sheet. Highchair.

DEPOSIT A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory. The reception is open from 08:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 20:00 at Saturdays, from 10:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00 Sunday to Friday. The reception is closed at Wednesdays. Please contact the residence if you plan to arrive outside the opening hours.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 0.80 city/tourist tax per person older than 12 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
