The swimming pool is open from 15 May to 30 September. A cold buffet breakfast is served from 07:00 until 9:30 in the breakfast room. The restaurant is open every day (except on Saturdays for lunch) from 12:00 to 14:00 and from 19:30 to 22:00.

Travel information

The Hotel is at 3 kilometres from Biarritz-Anglet-Bayonne Airport. The bus number 6 runs regularly from the airport to the Asiatic Museum stop just in front of the hotel. The hotel is at 3 kilometres from Biarritz train station. The bus number 2 runs regularly from the train station to the Jardin Public stop just near the hotel. By car: Exit n°4 from the highway, follow "Biarritz centre" during 1.5 kms, on the 1st roundabout take left Biarritz Centre, turn left again on the 2nd and 3rd roundabout and welcome at the Hotel Louisiane.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 10.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Extra beds are not available.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
