Please stop the car, ring to unload the car and obtain directions for parking behind the house. Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Meal Plan

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children from 2 to 12 years are charged EUR 30 per night per person for extra beds. One older child or adult is charged EUR 50 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
