For large functions and group orders, we provide special menu lists and offer buffet lunches and dinners upon request. Every morning a rich, hot complimentary buffet breakfast is served in the restaurant. 6 meeting rooms are provided for guest travelling on business.

Area information

The city and business Hotel is located on the Pest side of the capital, near the Budapest Fair Centre, close to the subway line M2 (300 metres), 6 km from the city centre. In the neighbourhood of the hotel you can find the BNV. The Expo bus will take you to the main entrance within a few minutes. The Árkád shopping mall is reachable within 2 minutes on foot, the Budapest Sport Arena and the stadiums of Budapest are located only 2 stops away by subway. The parliament is 15 minutes away by subway and Heroes' Square is almost as close by and easily reachable by tram or subway.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

18 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
