Travel information

An airport minibus service is at your disposal. From the western railway station (Nyugati Pályaudvar): - Take tram 4 or 6 in front of the railway station (direction Pest). - Alight at Oktogon (1 stop) and change to the yellow line (M1). - Travel one more stop and get off at Vörösmarty utca (you can also walk to Izabella utca which is very close to Oktogon. - Cross the Andrássy Avenue and turn left at the first side street, which is Izabella utca. The Residence is on the right hand side, a few meters away from the corner. From the southern railway station (Déli Pályaudvar): - Take the subway line M2 (red line) as to Deák tér. - Change lines to the M1 (yellow line). - Get off at Vörösmarty utca (fourth stop). - Cross the Andrássy Avenue and turn left at the first side street, which is Izabella utca. The Residence is on the right-hand side, a few meters away from the corner. From the eastern railway station (Keleti Pályaudvar): - Take the subway line M2 (red line) towards Déli Pályaudvar (southern railway station). - Get off at Deák tér (third stop) and change lines to the M1 (yellow line). - Get off at Vörösmarty utca (fourth stop). - Cross the Andrássy Avenue and turn left at the first side street, which is Izabella utca. The Residence is on the right-hand side, a few metres from the corner.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

18 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  3 % city/tourist tax per room per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 12 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
