Our Blue-Moon restaurant caters for up to 60 guests, and during the summer you can have your meal in the garden, next to the pool. You can enjoy delicious Hungarian dishes in the Kék Hold Restaurant. On request, we organise business lunches, dinners, banquets and family parties. The terrace area can also be used to increase the capacity of the restaurant.

The hotel is situated near the Egerian castle, in the historical, baroque part of the city. The interior of the hotel mirrors its history and location. The 3-star hotel Minaret is located in the centre of Eger, close to the Turkish Minaret, around 50 metres from Dobó square, which allows you to travel swiftly to all areas of the city.

The hotel can be reached in several ways: By Car (from Budapest): - Take the M3 motorway, which is about 16 km from the hotel. - You should leave the motorway at Füzesabony, and then follow signs for Eger. - Drive to the centre of town. - Our hotel is situated in the heart of Eger, next to the Minaret, a few metres from Dobó Square. The country's international airport is at Budapest, which is 120 km from Eger. The train station is 1.5 km from the hotel and the bus station is 0.5 km from the hotel.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 18.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
